ECi Training
Adequate training is critical to successful technology implementations. ECi makes training a core element of our product implementation methodology. We also offer additional training services in a variety of formats for both new and existing customers.
Individual seminars or training classes are targeted to specific proficiencies (beginning or intermediate users, for example), enabling you to select classes geared to your experience level. Internet-based training is available via our interactive, Virtual Classrooms. You also have the option to have ECi come on site and provide customized training at your location.
New Customers
For new customers, ECi provides defined, multi-phase implementation programs designed to help you achieve the maximum return on your technology investment. Structured product orientation and training are critical components of these programs.
While specific orientation and training procedures may vary by product, in many cases an ECi trainer may begin working with your company even before your software is actually implemented. In every case, our goal is to ensure that both the product and training is matched to your business requirements.
Existing Customers
ECi is dedicated to the idea of continuous product improvement, routinely adding new features or enhancing existing ones. Ongoing software training helps you implement these features and benefit from additional functionality and increased operational efficiency.
You can also take advantage of ongoing software training to help existing employees build new skills or transition to new roles in the company, or to provide the knowledge required to make new employees productive more quickly.
