La Crosse Bar Coding allows you to print labels on your items and scan them to your inventory under appropriate warehouses and bins. You can easily import information to a bar code table, compare scanned items and adjust any inventory variances if necessary.
Business Intelligence Dashboards
La Crosse Dashboards allow you to see company information on demand with outstanding visual style. With the use of gauges, dials, bar charts, pie charts, graphs and grids, you have total control of contract, service, meter and sales information, and much more.
Contract Freight and Fuel Surcharges
Contract Freight/Fuel Surcharge is an optional feature for La Crosse that allows you to charge freight on contract invoices up front for a machine’s base or meter, either for a specific dollar amount or percentage of the revenue to be charged for the meter. This increases revenue to cover the cost of freight in the future.
Credit Card Processing
La Crosse Credit Card Processing is an additional feature for La Crosse that allows you to process secure credit card transactions directly through the order entry module.
Document Storage and Retrieval
Image Store is an additional feature in La Crosse that allows you to safely and conveniently attach and store any number of Windows documents or scanned images to use as supporting documentation for your records.
E-commerce and Online Customer Service
eLa Crosse is a powerful ecommerce engine that enables your customers to enter online service calls, meter readings and supply orders. It even has shopping cart features that allow your customers to choose products for checkout using purchase orders or credit cards.
E-commerce Meter Emailing
Ecommerce Meter Emailing gives your customers the ability to enter their own meter readings online at their convenience. La Crosse will automatically generate e-mail reminders a readings come due. Each e-mail includes a hyperlink that leads your customer to a Web site with their machines already displayed. The customer simply enters meter readings for the appropriate items, which saves you and your customers time and money, since you don’t need to e-mail, fax or phone customers individually.
E-mail Meter Reading Requests
Meter Emailing enables you to e-mail meter reading requests to customers when meter readings are due on copiers or other equipment. The La Crosse system generates the meter requests automatically, saving you time and money by eliminating the labor and costs associated with e-mailing, faxing or phoning individual customers.
Mobile Sales Force Automation
Raptor™ is a fully integrated powerful sales force automation solution designed to streamline your sales prospecting tasks. Raptor automates all sales and prospecting activities for sales representatives while supplying real-time information. This product can be used as a standalone Windows-based application or a wireless Web-based application from any Internet-capable PC or mobile device.
Multi-Division Financial Reporting
La Crosse Financial Statement Reporting is a powerful, effective tool that works with La Crosse. This allows you to produce financial statements for multiple financial divisions within a single database.
Online Meter Reading
No Touch Meter Collection is an additional feature for La Crosse that enables you to streamline meter reading collections. It can be integrated with device management programs for copiers and products manufactured by Sharp, Konica Minolta, Compass Print Tracker and FM Audit.
Report Scheduler
Night Auditor™ is a powerful free scheduling tool that works with La Crosse to run scheduled SQL stored procedures and Crystal Reports. It not only allows you to run Crystal reports after hours, you can also export them to a variety of formats, such as Adobe® Acrobat® PDF, Microsoft® Excel Extended, and Crystal Reports with saved data!
U.S. Bancorp® Integration
U.S. Bancorp® Base/Meter Download and Cash Posting Upload is an additional feature for La Crosse. It allows you to run Base Download and Meter Download reports, and send contract invoice information to U.S. Bancorp. U.S. Bancorp then bills your customers for base and billing overage charges and collects lease and/or maintenance payments for your dealership.
