Vision Statement, A/R or Complete Imaging — The Choice is Yours
Advantage offers three levels of document imaging — Vision Statement, A/R Document Imaging and Complete Document Imaging, allowing you to choose your preferred level of implementation. Some businesses may need additional document scanners or other imaging hardware (POS signature capture pads, etc.) to take full advantage of the benefits document imaging offers.
Select the imaging option that best suits your immediate business objectives and preferred level of hardware investment. Later, as your business grows, you can move up to a more robust version of the program.
Vision Statement
Our Vision Statement program provides basic point-of-sale document imaging. It saves digital “snapshots” of customer invoices generated by Advantage’s POS application. Reprint invoice images at any time, either in response to individual customer requests or to accompany customer statements.
Vision Statement also includes a clean, professional PostScript statement form for plain-paper statement printing, eliminating the need for pre-printed statement forms. Even for a single-store operation, the savings from plain-paper statement printing can be as high as $5,000 per year.

A/R Imaging
When a customer requests a copy of a lost invoice, reprinting the original POS ticket isn’t always enough. They may demand a copy of the signed invoice to verify the purchase.
A/R imaging allows Advantage users to save electronic copies of signed documents, either by signature capture or scanning the entire document. Quickly resolve customer questions or billing disputes by providing copies of signed invoices, immediately confirm purchase or delivery, and streamline accounting processes by scanning customer checks and other collection documents — all with a single program.
- Save electronic images of signed invoices for purchase confirmation

Complete Document Imaging
Advantage’s Complete Document Imaging program builds upon the features of the Vision Statement and A/R Imaging programs with imaging capabilities for inventory, purchasing, accounting and payroll operations — extending the benefits of imaging to your entire business.
- Scan vendor invoices or other purchasing documents during voucher posting
- View or print scanned purchasing documents from the vendor record or A/P voucher entry
- Scan and save product information as inventory notes
- Scan doctor’s notes or other personnel documents and store as payroll notes
- Store imaged documents as notes in these additional applications: A/R Customers and Jobs, Delivery Tracking, Purchasing and Sales Reps
