I’ve been a long time user of MWAi – over 15 years in all. MWAi has been absolutely worth it in the long run. The system greatly reduces dispatches, and also increases tech efficiency based on the fact that they don’t need to be on hold to get call information — they get all of it sent directly to their phone.
Over the decade we’ve had it, MWAi has made the dispatchers at least 50% more efficient and the technicians at least 15% more efficient. Factor that out over time and you’d get pretty impressive numbers.

We use the [MWAi] for everything: for load balancing calls, for customers calling in for meters and call requests. All the techs are dispatched through the software, which they can access through email and their pda phones. Even with customers that need 24/7 support, MWAi automatically loads jobs to whoever is on call on nights and weekends.
