We encourage our customers to become actively involved in the evolution of our products. In fact, many of the features in our business systems are a direct result of suggestions from our customers. E-mail, our customer web sites, and our users group meetings are all channels for submitting ideas for additional software features.

Another channel for customer involvement is our unique customer advisory councils — groups of ECi customers who give feedback on every level of ECi software and service. We prioritize software development based on their feedback, and even allow council members to help design and test new enhancements to our products.

ECi support technicians have an average tenure of 8 years with the company — and many also have hands-on experience working in the various industries that we serve.
